We know that being a cyclist is about more than just the bike. It's about creating perfect synergy between rider and machine.

PACKAGES

The Mike's Bike Shop FLOOR FIT is included with EVERY bike purchased from Mike's Bike Shop.

• Bike properly sized to rider
  
• Seat height properly adjusted
  
• Body positioned to 'neutral' position

Please allow 5 to 15 minutes to have the bike properly fitted to each rider.

ROAD FIT

Approximately 2 hour intensive fitting session with one-on-one coaching, analysis, physical assessment and video capture to expertly increase rider comfort, power and performance

• Interview with client including medical and riding history
• Measurement and assessment of physical body with medical-proven tests specific to the movement necessary for a functional cycling position
• Discussion of current and future riding goals
• Flexibility assessment and special considerations
• Video analysis of current riding positioning
• Precise fit adjustment based on video findings
• Pedal/cleat interface correctly adjusted Saddle height correctly adjusted
• Saddle positioning aligned fore/aft
• Reach set to comfortable position
• Bar height adjusted
• Stem height adjusted

Please allow at least 2 hours for a ROAD FIT.

TRIATHLON FIT

Approximately 2 hour intensive fitting session with one-on-one coaching, analysis, physical assessment and video capture to expertly increase rider comfort, power and performance
